And also, now we have a faster way to add quest items to our players, on server errors.

Applications about return of items stolen during hacking, will be considered only under condition of use "Account access" service (It's available in Private Cabinet). Blocking should be activated before you was hacked.

If blocking by IP wasn't enabled, then paid item restore is possible.

Accounts of the hacker will be deleted without dependence from that you enabled blocking or not.

The application when your account have hacked:
1) account name
2) character nickname
3) Server
4) date and time of incident
5) the lost items (only main items will be returned), resources and etc. will not be returned
6) as much as possible detailed description and an explanation. Also, send any other information which you will find necessary for searches.
7) Type of unblocking used in blocking of access by IP service (sms/email).

Important: Applications are considered only if incident is not older than a week

The application when you have quest error:
1) account name
2) character nickname
3) Server
4) the name of a quest
5) the name of not received item
6) detailed description and an explanation
Important: Before sending, please, be convinced, that you did all correctly, according the description
