Server Fog Of War - Shard rules. The Abyss

1.	The rights and duties of the parties
1.1.	Administration may change any content or gameplay issues without preliminary notice.
1.2.	Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse for breaking them.By accepting the registration process on the server you automatically accept these rules and agree with them "as is".
1.3.	All players must observe all changes in the rules by themselves.
1.4.	Administration takes no responsibility in cases of causing any damage while playing on this server.
1.5.	Administration takes no responsibility in cases of any player or group of players are not able to join the gameserver, whether permanently or temporary.
1.6.	Administration may close the access to any player or subnet without giving any reasons of that.
1.7.	Administration do not take any responsibility for any items,accounts,characters or their parameters lost due to any cause.
1.8.	In cases of having any troubles in the work of the server, Administration makes everything possible to solve all the problems in the shortest period of time.
1.9.	Players must obey all the demands of the Administration stated in this agreement.
1.10.	The account owner takes all responsibility, regardless of anyone else making any actions on this account.
1.11.	Every player must track by himself all the prohibited software, mentioned in the rule 3.1. of this agreement, that may possibly be installed on the PC, through which access to our gameservers is being gained.
1.12.	In case of breaking any point of these rules by any other player or GM the user of our service may write a complaint on the emails of Administration, listed on the "Administration" page of our site.The email must contain any proofs of the rulebreaking (screenshot or movie).
1.13.	All Game or Forum accounts and all of the server content is a property if the server Administration.
2.	Interaction with the Administration(forum moderators, GMs, developers, scripters, etc.)
2.1.	Trying to interact with Administration, without having any need for that is prohibited. Each appeal to Administration must contain full description of your game problem.(Administration may not answer all the questions, depending on the context). Punishment: Chat ban up to 24 hours.
2.2.	Any disrespectful attitude to the server Administration is prohibited. Punishment: Chat ban for 24 hours up to game or forum account deletion.
2.3.	Threatening, asking or begging Administration about bans on the forum or in game is prohibited.(You have pm messages on forum or emails for that.) Punishment: up to permanent ban of accounts.
2.4.	Attacking GM's in game without permission is prohibited. Punishment: Account ban for 48-168 hours.
2.5.	.Interference in work of GM's is prohibited. Punishment: Account ban for 24-168 h.
2.6.	Explicit speech and arguing with GM is prohibited. Punishment: Chat ban for 24 h.
2.7.	Making party,trade,friend,clan,ally or trade inquiry to GM is prohibited. Punishment: Character ban up to 48 hours.
2.8.	It is forbidden to lie to administration. Punishment: Punishment:From chat ban for 24 h. up to banning accounts.
2.9.	Posting dialogs with GM is prohibited. Punishment: From character ban for 48 h. up to account ban for 14 days.
2.10.	Flooding to GM about unbanning account more than 2 times per day is prohibited Punishment: Chat or forum account ban for up to 7 days.
2.11.	Discussing the punishment made by GM is prohibited. Punishment: Chat ban for 24 h.
2.12.	GMs do not involve in game process except correcting problems in gameplay, rulebreakings or events.
2.13.	All hostile actions must be stopped when a Gamemaster appears near you. It is especially important if your hostility is aimed at the person who has called the Game master. Punishment: ban for up to 2 days.
2.14.	Player may complain about some moot points by sending emails to Administration(check Administration page)
2.15.	It is prohibited to propagate rumors and slander about the server, players and Administration. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
3.	External programs, game process
3.1.	It is prohibited to use special programs, emulating normal gameplay, giving unfounded advantages as compared with other players or causing server crashes. The list of such programms include: -Tools,showing information,that ment to be hidden by the creators of the game,for example,target's HP -Automating Gameplay tools such as bots. -Automating relogin process tools. -Programs,using game bugs to force logout or,for example, take off your opponent's target. Exception-users of the "Professional" package-they can use bots as traders or crafters in peace zone. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
3.2.	Unauthorized access to other's game accounts is forbidden. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer
3.3.	Any threats to other players is prohibited if a threat is not a part of roleplay. Punishment: Up to baning all accounts of the infringer.
3.4.	It is prohibited to post or say in chat any things violating Laws of Russian Federation. Punishment: deleting account.
3.5.	It is forbidden to sell or buy for real money, and equal to them "electronic payment means" (PayPal, etc.), any game items (adena, weapons, armors, resources, etc.), and also game characters and(or) accounts. Exchange of any game values between servers is also forbidden. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer on forum and in the game.
3.6.	It is forbidden to discuss and mention sale and(or) purchase for real money, and equal to them "electronic payment means" (PayPal, etc.), game items (adena, weapons, armors, resources, etc.), and also game characters and(or) accounts, anywhere(even on any foreign resources) without the permission of administration. Sale of characters is forbidden in any kind. For any game and not game values. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer on forum and in the game.
3.7.	It is forbidden to advertise other on-line games obviously or indirectly. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
3.8.	It is prohibited to publish private talks without prior agreement (exception: inform about a player?s breaking the rules). Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
3.9.	It is prohibited to advertise sexual services and/or materials of erotic (pornographic) nature explicitly or by implication. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
3.10.	Any manifestations of racism or nationalism are prohibited. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
3.11.	All game accounts and characters that were unused for 90 days will be deleted.
3.12.	.Usage of the ClanWar icon as a clan crest is prohibited, because this may cheat other players on the sieges. Punishment: From Clan leader account ban for 7 days up to clan and CL's account deletion.
3.13.	It is forbidden to create situations when players cannot talk to NPC without using the "/target" command ingame. Punishment: From Character ban for 2 days up to account ban for 14 days.
3.14.	It is forbidden to create situations when players cannot pass through gates or narrow paths ingame. Punishment: From Character ban for 2 days up to account ban for 14 days.
4.	Server errors (bugs) usage
4.1.	Any bug usage is prohibited. Punishment: From Ban of the game account up to deletion of all accounts.
4.2.	Killing monsters, when they cannot damage or reach players because of situations,that are not included in normal gameplay. Punishment: Account ban for 14 days.
4.3.	If you find a new bug you should immediately inform the server administration about it. Assistance in bug searching is rewarded.
5.	Talks and names
5.1.	Flooding in public places is forbidden. Messages about sale, purchase or exchange are allowed only in trade and hero chats, no more than one message in 60 seconds. Punishment: ban of chat for 1 day.
5.2.	Use of obscene expressions and the insult of players both in game, and at a forum is categorically forbidden. Punishment: ban chat for 1 day.
5.3.	Insulting for other players or simply unquotable clan names and clan abbreviations are inadmissible. In case of an inadmissible clan name the clan is deleted and the clan master's account is blocked. Names and titles that insult other players are forbidden. Punishment: deleting account.
5.4.	Character name must not contain the following reserved words: GM, Administrator and the names of the current and previous shard administration members. Punishment: deleting account.
5.5.	Malignant begging at the market (together with speech flood) is forbidden. Punishment: ban of chat for 1 day.
5.6.	It is prohibited to mislead other players by introducing oneself as administration. Punishment: deleting all accounts of the infringer.
5.7.	It is forbidden to argue and challenge actions of Administration. For this purpose there is an opportunity to submit a justified complain to the mail la2[@]theabyss[.]ru. Punishment: ban of chat for 1 day.
6.	Trading
6.1.	It is forbidden to cheat someone in order to gain property or money of the other player. Punishment: Deleting all accounts of the infringer on forum and in the game.
6.2.	Using ingame trading problems and bugs such as same ingame textures or cancelling the trade in order to cheat someone is forbidden. Punishment: Deleting all accounts of the infringer on forum and in the game.
6.3.	Trading in narrow places or under the gates if it may cause problems to other players is forbidden. Punishment: Account ban up to 14 days.
7.	Rule additions.
7.1.	These rules or content of them may be changed by Administration without preliminary notice.
7.2.	In case of any player doing any actions that these rules do not contain, but that create threat to the server or gameplay Administration members may use punishment of their own up to account deletion with further adding such actions to the rules and/or prohibitions of the server. The forum announce or other public will be made in such a case.

In case of the second violation of one and the same rule a Game master determines the term of the punishment, but it should be no less than the previous term of the punishment for violating the specified rule. Administration can increase term of punishment till account deleting.

The shard rules don’t have the retroactive effect. If something was done before the rule that prohibits this kind of action is implemented, it is not punished unless otherwise specified. The laws of our shard are not the case laws.
